You're trusting us with some of the most personal information there is — your child's messages, photos, and activity. Here's exactly how we handle it.

• Encrypted in transit and at rest. Device data is encrypted from the moment we receive it until the moment it's deleted.
• Access is limited to your case. Only the analyst assigned to your review can see your data — not our whole team, not anyone else.
• We delete it when we're done. Your device data is securely deleted 90 days after your final report is delivered, unless you ask us to extend that. You'll get a confirmation when it happens.
• We don't sell or share your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever. Your case exists to answer your question — nothing else.
• Our team is vetted and bound by confidentiality agreements before they ever touch a case.

Everything we find stays between you and your analyst, with one exception, and we'd rather tell you upfront than have you wonder about it later:

If a review surfaces something that indicates a child may be in immediate danger — most seriously, suspected child sexual abuse material — the law requires us to report it to the appropriate authorities, regardless of what a parent would otherwise want. This is rare. When it happens, our first step is always to talk to you directly and make sure your child is safe, not to leave you finding out from a report alone.

Outside of that narrow, legally required exception, what we find is yours and stays confidential.

We'd rather you know this before you send us a device than be surprised by it after.
